Orange Sky provides those in need of a helping hand with access to laundry and shower facilities in a safe, positive, and supported environment where a friendly ear is as important as the services on offer.

The design caters to the needs of staff, friends, volunteers, donors and stakeholders and supports this unique organisation as Orange Sky adopts a new home and celebrates 10 years of essential service to the community.

The layout is arranged for accessibility, with key areas located on the ground floor; flexibility, with multi-purpose spaces that can be connected as needed; and to optimise the attributes of the site, such as natural light and the outdoor area. Sustainability is also a key consideration with reuse of existing and environmentally friendly building materials and methods to be applied where possible.

The design is quirky, playful, and deliberately uplifting, aiming to inspire and delight both staff and visitors while seamlessly aligning with the Orange Sky branding.
