Our expertise spans design, building, and fitout for commercial buildings including full project management, which originated in Brisbane and has expanded into areas of Greater Qld, NSW and SA.
Our team of skilled professionals, tradespeople, and specialist contractors collaborate to deliver projects with the highest standards of service and quality workmanship – from minor tenancy alterations to building refurbishments and turnkey fitout projects.

Base holds a CM3 Contractor OHS/WHS Prequalification ensuring that the requisite Safety Management System and Insurances have been assessed and approved by Australia’s leading specialists in health and safety risk management, and are maintained and applied accordingly for the ongoing demonstration of their health and safety capabilities. Clients can rest assured that any works undertaken by Base will have the necessary safety control measures applied to help to ensure the safety of the building occupants and the team.
Base has developed a COVID19 Workplace Health and Safety plan which is implemented in all our projects. It is reviewed, updated and modified on an ongoing basis to ensure that the plan aligns with current conditions and requirements, to ensure the safety of our team and the occupants of the buildings that we work in.
