With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Ben brings a wealth of knowledge in commercial building, office fit-outs and tenancy refurbishments. 

As Director of Base Design and Construct Group, Ben leads a strong client-focused and team-driven approach.  His early career saw him working with some of Brisbane’s most respected builders and specialist contractors – experience that now underpins the trusted reputation he has built through Base.

Ben has carefully assembled a network of skilled tradespeople, consultants and specialist contractors who share his commitment to quality, safety and service excellence.  He remains actively involved throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring every project receives the highest standard of delivery and support.
