Elmer has worked alongside the Base Design and Construct team for several years in a demolition capacity and is now part of the team as a mature age apprentice.

With existing industry knowledge, hands-on experience across our sites, and a solid understanding of our clients, Elmer has made a seamless transition into the construction side of the business.  He is keen to learn the full build process and continues to bring a strong work ethic, reliability, and an engaging personality to every project.  We are proud to have Elmer on board as he develops his skills and grows within the Base team.
