With over 20 years of experience in corporate administration and facilities management across a range of industries, Anita brings a wealth of knowledge and practical insight to Base Design and Construct Group.

Having progressed from Operations Manager into the role of General Manager, Anita’s leadership has evolved from hands-on operational oversight to broader business performance and strategic alignment. Throughout her time with the business, she has strengthened internal systems, improved cross-team collaboration and consistently supported positive project outcomes.

Anita leads operational performance across our Design, Estimation, Construction and Administration teams. She focuses on creating clarity across the business, refining systems and frameworks, and empowering people with the structure and support they need to perform at their best.

Above all, Anita is committed to building strong, aligned partnerships across the business – working collaboratively with internal teams, subcontractors and clients to deliver successful outcomes.
