Lisa comes from a construction background and has experience from adjacent industries and natural organisation and management skills.

Lisa has been involved in all areas of the Base administration since the inception of the business and has played a key role in the implementation of new internal and external process’ to ensure the effective operation of the organisational aspects of Base.
